Pochys offers a culinary journey through Southern India.

WHY?

Indian restaurants in the US offer sub-par quality and taste! They use the same base gravy for most dishes that have cheap fillers like corn starch, store bought powders and canned produce.

This is NOT Indian cooking!

WHAT?

We strive to mimic regional flavors of Southern India. Our aspiration is for Desis to feel nostalgic and for our customers to experience our delicious dishes layered with the complex flavors from regional India.

HOW?

QUALITY over QUANTITY

We roast whole spices and grind them, only use fresh produce and slow cook our curry sauces for hours.

We make everything with care and would love to share our dishes with you.
